Requirements to Earn a Cord

50 community service hours, to earn a single cord upon graduation.

Both student and parent must sign an application form in order for the student to participate in the program.  The application form can be picked up from Mrs. Torres,  the Counseling Department Secretary, in the Counseling Department.  If you have multiple children interested in participating in the program, we must have one application form for each child.
